Delivery

1. Pickup Point

- Delivery via "Nova Poshta"

• 🚚Delivery is available throughout Ukraine
• 🚚Delivery time – 1-21 business days
• 🚚Delivery cost depends on the carrier's tariffs and is calculated automatically when placing an order

- International shipping

• ✈️Delivery is carried out through DHL and other international carriers
• ✈️Delivery time – 2-4 weeks
• ✈️Delivery cost depends on weight and dimensions of the item
• ✈️Additional customs duties and taxes may apply

2. Self-Pickup

• 🏢You can pick up your order yourself in the Solomyanskyi district of Kyiv. Your manager will provide the exact address after the order is placed
• 🏢Self-pickup is available on business days from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
• 🏢Before visiting, please coordinate the pickup time with our manager

3. Address delivery

• 🛵Delivery is carried out within the city of Kyiv
• 🛵Delivery cost depends on the carrier's tariffs and is calculated automatically when placing an order
• 🛵An additional fee for courier services applies according to the carrier's tariffs

Payment

1. Payment to Account

• 💳Payment to the company's account after order confirmation
• 💳After order confirmation, the manager will provide payment details

2. Cash Payment

• 💵Cash payment is available upon self-pickup at our pickup point

3. Cash on Delivery

• 📦Payment upon receipt at a "Nova Poshta" branch
• 📦An additional fee for cash-on-delivery services applies according to the carrier's tariffs

4. Cashless Payment

• 🏦Payment to the company's bank account for legal entities and sole proprietors
• 🏦After placing an order, the manager will provide payment details and an invoice
• 🏦Order shipment is carried out after payment confirmation
