The delivery time depends on the selected method. Delivery via 'Nova Poshta' takes 1-2 business days, and self-pickup is available on the day of order placement upon agreement with the manager.

Yes, we accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of receipt, provided the item retains its original condition and packaging. If there is a manufacturing defect, the return is processed at our expense.

You can pay for your order using a bank card, cash upon self-pickup, cash on delivery at a 'Nova Poshta' branch, or via bank transfer.
