Public Agreement

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1. This Public Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") is an official offer (offer) of the online store AERO UA (hereinafter referred to as the "Seller") to conclude a purchase and sale agreement with any individual or legal entity (hereinafter referred to as the "Buyer") who accepts this offer in accordance with Article 642 of the Civil Code of Ukraine.
1.2. Acceptance of this Agreement is the Buyer's placement of an order on the website aeroua.com.ua (hereinafter referred to as the "Website") and its payment.
1.3. The Seller reserves the right to amend this Agreement without prior notice to the Buyer.

2. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT

2.1. The Seller undertakes to transfer ownership of the goods to the Buyer, and the Buyer undertakes to pay for and accept the goods offered by the Seller on the Website.
2.2. All characteristics of the goods, their availability, and prices are specified on the Website.

3. ORDER PLACEMENT

3.1. The Buyer independently places an order on the Website by selecting the required goods and adding them to the cart.
3.2. After placing an order, the Seller confirms it via email or phone call.

4. PAYMENT TERMS

4.1. The Buyer may make payment using one of the methods provided on the Website: payment to account, cash on delivery, or cashless payment.
4.2. In the case of non-cash payment, the Buyer must complete the payment within 3 business days from the moment the order is confirmed.

5. DELIVERY AND RETURN POLICY

5.1. Delivery of goods is carried out by carriers listed on the Website or by self-pickup.
5.2. The Buyer has the right to return the goods within 14 days from the date of receipt, provided that the goods have not been used, their packaging, seals, and commercial appearance are preserved.
5.3. The Buyer bears the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or an error by the Seller.

6. WARRANTY OBLIGATIONS

6.1. All goods purchased from the Seller are covered by a warranty in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine.
6.2. In case of a factory defect, the Buyer has the right to free repair, replacement of the goods, or a refund.

7. LIABILITY OF THE PARTIES

7.1. The Seller is not responsible for improper fulfillment of obligations in case of force majeure circumstances (war, natural disasters, technological catastrophes, etc.).
7.2. The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided when placing an order.

8. PERSONAL DATA

8.1. By placing an order, the Buyer consents to the processing of their personal data in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection".
8.2. The Seller undertakes not to disclose personal data to third parties without the Buyer's consent.

9. OTHER CONDITIONS

9.1. All disputes shall be resolved through negotiations, and in case of failure to reach an agreement, in court in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.
