The Molicel P45B is a balanced high-performance Li-ion cell in the 21700 format, offering 4500 mAh capacity and a 45 A continuous discharge rating. It strikes a balance between endurance and power, making it an ideal choice for demanding UAV and FPV battery packs.

Compared to the P42A (4200 mAh / 45 A), it provides slightly higher capacity at the same discharge rating, while being lighter and more cycle-friendly than the P50B (5000 mAh / 60 A). This makes it suitable for 6S, 12S, or larger battery packs in drones, VTOLs, and heavy-duty UAVs.

With low internal resistance (~12–14 mΩ), the P45B ensures minimal voltage sag and reduced heat buildup under load. This allows stable operation of motors and electronics even in high-current applications.
